The Yachting Malta Race Week is a Yachting Malta event, with several racing, cruising and social events being organised by the Royal Malta Yacht Club.
Inclusive Sailing (18th May)
Activity and Racing will happen inside Marsamxett Harbour in the waters between Royal MaltaYacht Club and Vikings Sailing Club and will use a windward/leeward course. This event is open to all and will take place on Hansa 303 Class Boats. To facilitate matters, interested parties are advised to book their preferred time option. Participation is FREE but registration is required.
Steering the Course: Women in Sailing (21st – 22nd – 23rd May)
This initiative is aimed to attract women in Sailing and will consist of two training sessions, seminars and racing. All events will start at 1730hrs at the RMYC. On Tuesday 21st May, Maya Podesta will be giving a presentation on her Sailing journey at 1945hrs at the RMYC.
Round the Cans Racing (25th – 26th May)
Round the Cans Racing will take place for Dinghies, Keelboats and the SB20 Class. Racing will take place in outside Smart City or Sliema Promenade depending on weather conditions on the day. Format for Dinghy Sailing will take place in a trapezoid course whilst for IRC1, IRC2 and SB20 a windward/leeward course will be set up.

Coastal Racing (25th – 26th May)
