Bio: 56 years old. Athletic Australian. Background is principally aviation and agriculture. Very mechanically capable. I have some experience handling both power boats and yachts. I hold an Australian general boat license (for what that is worth) and I have crewed several times for various friends on various boats mostly up and down the east coast of Australia. I have also skippered a 45′ Sloop and a Lagoon 450F around the Whitsundays. In younger days I worked in salmon farming in Scotland and on a hotel barge in France. I’m happy to help with day-sails and short trips in and around Malta. I have never had much to do with racing but am interested in learning. Australian/UK citizen with Malta residency.

I have completed a competitive circumnavigation over eleven months and currently have over 45,000nm logged in my racing history, with experience specialising on the helm and at the foredeck, however I am always looking to develop skills in any area. I am comfortable with life at sea and am willing to assist a boat in any capacity, be it above or below deck. I hope I can be an asset to your team!

Bio: 22 year old Italian/Maltese sailor with over 12 years of experience in Optimist & RS Feva racing. 5+ years of cruising experience on a Bavaria C36. In the past, I’ve trained with Malta Young Sailors and then with RMYC Feva Racing team for 4/5 years. Licensed skipper with Boatmaster grade 1 license. Offshore recreational skipper license. Looking to start yacht racing as a beginner on any boat and in any position.

Bio: My wife and I recently moved to Malta near the Royal Malta Yacht Club and have a Nautical Licence issued by Transport Malta. I have American Sailing Association sailing certifications in: Keelboat Sailing, Coastal Cruising, and Bareboat Cruising. In addition, ASA standards endorsements, Docking, Coastal Navigation, and Radar. I have an FCC radio license and also a International Proficiency Certificate (IPC) for sailors. Also, I have the Basic Safety Training – FULL STCW A-VI/1.2 certificate While living on Lago Maggiore in Northern Italy, my sailing coach was Americas Cup sailor Tiziano Nava for the last ten years. I only have 360 days on the water in my log book, so I am looking to learn and help in any crew role to build my log book days on the water and miles. Bio: Intermediate sailor with experience in foredeck, grinder, mast, and pit positions. I began my training at the Royal Yacht Club on the RS Feva 500 and completed a full racing season in Malta on the J92 Alecto. I have also crewed on Corona for several races and regularly go cruising to stay sharp. I’m seeking a long-term crew position to build camaraderie and prepare for my first Rolex race.

Bio: I’m a sailor with experience both in cruising and regatta. I took part for several year as a bowman on 36ft boat Rimar . We raced with Spinnaker so I was doing hoisting / lowering / gybes with spinnaker. Handling of mainsails, changing of jib, tacking, working under deck . Also preparing the boats before the regatta. I have also experience as skipper in cruising (Croatia / Italy) for summer holidays. I have license (issued in Italy ) for sail-boat / power boat without any limits (till 24mt). I’m also able to go with small boat/trapeze (470/laser 2000 / flying junior / A-class catamaran) as I use it during holidays. I’m just looking for someone that needs people to go out sailing, in any time of the year.

Crew experience includes 3 Rolex Middle Sea Races (Pitman on Dufour 44 Performance “TonTon Laferla”), 2024 Palermo–Montecarlo Race on X46, IMX41 “Geisha,” and J99 “Calipso.” Skippered Neel 47 delivery from Agadir to Tangier (2023). Strong technical background as founder of EcoMarine Malta, with hands-on boat maintenance and repair skills. Reliable, safety-focused, and versatile across pit, trim, and helm.

Bio: I got my yachtsman and motorboat helmsman on May 2024, currently I’m doing miles building- i attended cruise Gdansk-Visby-Stockholm and Gdynia-Sopot-Gdynia on Bavaria 51 , currently having approx 130miles but looking for more. I would like to join sailing team to gain more experience- both racing and sailing. Currently I’m living in Kalkara, so i have easy access to marinas closeby , but it’s not an issue to visit other marinas for training if required.
