The PVIES Double Handed Round Malta Race will take place on Saturday 14th April and forms part of the RMYC Short Handed Series being announced below.
Race Briefing will be held on Wednesday 11th April at 7.00pm whilst Prize Giving is scheduled for Sunday 15th April at 6.00pm. We will be sending you more information and uploading the Notice of Race and Entry form shortly.

RMYC SHORT HANDED SERIES
Following the Club's Sailors survey, the Race Committee have made a slight adjustment to the RMYC Sailing Calendar.
The event on the 7th June will be a Triple Handed Round Gozo Day Race. This will now form part of a new Short Handed Series. The previous fully crewed long race will be re-scheduled to another date to be announced separately with further details.
The 3 events included in this new series are:
The PV IES Double Handed Round Malta Race on the 14th April 2018
The Triple Handed Round Gozo Race on the 7th June 2018
The Raymarine Double Handed Figure of Eight Race held on the 1st December 2018.
The entry fees for 2 races will remain the same whilst the 3rd race will be discounted by 50%. All 3 races must be entered to be eligible for this reduction.
2 trophies will also be made available to the overall winners in the IRC Cruiser Class and the IRC Racer Class and will be awarded at the final presentation of the final event.
