Role Overview
The Administrative assistant will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club’s reception area whilst providing outstanding service to members and guests. The role also includes managing marina berth registrations, promoting events, races, and the Club lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead front office operations with efficiency and courtesy
– Serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors
– Liaise with event and house teams to ensure seamless communication
– Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments
– Support the Club’s marketing and communication goals
Ideal Candidate
– Experience in front office, hospitality, or club management
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Excellent command of English and Maltese is an asset
– Organised, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy
– Passion for sailing or the club lifestyle is a plus
