The Royal Malta Yacht Club (RMYC) announces that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will be held on Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 19:00hrs, at the Club premises.
Convened in accordance with Section 6 of the Club Statute, the AGM will address key governance matters and provide members with an opportunity to review the Club’s activities and financial performance for the past year.

- Reading of Minutes of AGM 2025 – discussion and approval
- Commodore and Flag Officers’ Reports – presentation and discussion
- Hon. Treasurer’s Report
- Approval of the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2025
- Appointment of Auditors to hold office until year end
- Appointment of three Electoral Commissioners
- Presentation of nominated candidates and opportunity for questions
- Closure
AGM 2026 – Nominations Received
Members with voting rights are entitled to vote for three (3) candidates. Seven valid nominations have been received:
Candidates Mario Debono, Adrian Gauci Borda, Peter Micallef, Tamara Pavlovic, Mark Vella, Edgar Warrington, and Sarah Zammit.
No motions were submitted for consideration at this year’s AGM.
Voting Information
Voting will be conducted electronically and will:
- Commence: Tuesday, 24 February 2026, 15 minutes after the AGM
- Close: Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at 18:00hrs
Eligible members will receive a secure voting link via email, containing a unique accesskey valid for one vote only. Voting remains strictly anonymous.
