Name

Lunz am Meer has been a regular participant in the Rolex Middle Sea Race since 2012, missing only two editions. The yacht has also competed in all Swan Cups and most of the YCCS Maxi World Championships. It is a familiar sight at prestigious events such as Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, the Giraglia, and Tre Golfi — which it won in 2019. This year, Lunz am Meer will proudly sail under the Maltese flag, featuring a large number of Maltese crew members on board.

The 46th Rolex Middle Sea Race

The Rolex Middle Sea Race is a 606nm offshore classic. It is often mentioned in the same breath as the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race and the Rolex Fastnet Race as one of the ‘must do’ 600 milers. Featuring a circular route, two active volcanoes and a host of other islands, the course has a unique splendour not to be missed.
