This notice is issued as per the provisions in Section 7, governing the procedures for the election of the RMYC committee as stipulated in the club statute of the same RMYC.

Tuesday 22nd. February 2022 – 15 minutes after the Annual General Meeting and shall remain open until all members present have had the opportunity to Vote.

Wednesday 23rd. February 2022 from 9:00hrs until 17:00hrs.

Thursday 24th. February 2022 from 9:00hrs until 17:00hrs.

Friday 25th. February 2022 from 9:00hrs until 13:00hrs.

A motion for changes to the current statue was received by two members. The proposal can be viewed on the Notice Board situated in the Club’s foyer.
